stenvironment - create StepTalk environment process
stenvironment [options]
stenvironment creates a new StepTalk environment process. The Distributed Objects server is created with name 'STEnvironment:name'. If no name is given, then 'UnnamedNN' will be created. The observer name is a distributed notification observer.
