The words of wise [men are] heard in quiet more than the cry of him that ruleth among fools.

Thus with your mouth ye have boasted against me, and have multiplied your words against me: I have heard [them].
And I heard [him] speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me.
So that the people could not discern the noise of the shout of joy from the noise of the weeping of the people: for the people shouted with a loud shout, and the noise was heard afar off.
