Joab the son of Zeruiah began to number, but didn't finish; and there came wrath for this on Israel; neither was the number put into the account in the chronicles of king David.

but they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and scoffed at his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, until there was no remedy.

Also in Horeb you provoked the LORD to wrath, and the LORD was angry with you to destroy you.
At Taberah, and at Massah, and at Kibroth Hattaavah, you provoked the LORD to wrath.
[and that] the whole land of it is sulfur, and salt, [and] a burning, [that] it is not sown, nor bears, nor any grass grows therein, like the overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah, Admah and Zeboiim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath:
and the LORD rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as at this day."
All his days he also eats in darkness, he is frustrated, and has sickness and wrath.
